Terms of Service

By accessing or using FirstImpact Med's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FirstImpact Med provides medical evaluation services for patients who have experienced injuries. Our services include intake assessments, physician reviews, and medical documentation.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Minors may use our services with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Our services are not intended to replace emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately. Our evaluations are for documentation purposes and do not constitute ongoing medical treatment.

Our medico-legal intake service is not billed through health insurance. The price is $850. Flexible payment options are available — please inquire at admin@firstimpactmed.com. If you are working with an authorized representative, payment may be deferred until your case settles. By using our services, you agree to the payment terms that apply to your case.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or medical condition

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by FirstImpact Med and protected by applicable laws.

By separately opting in to the FirstImpact Med SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include secure links and low-volume notifications or reminders related to your intake, case, onboarding, agreements, payments, or care-related status.

Your agreement to these general Terms of Service does not itself constitute consent to receive SMS messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving care, using our services or patient portal, creating an account, or completing a transaction.

Message frequency varies based on case activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, contact admin@firstimpactmed.com, or call (888) 502-3717. After opting out, you will not receive additional SMS messages unless you voluntarily opt in again.

Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstImpact Med shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
