Secure Patient Portal
Access your intake, physician-reviewed documentation, billing information, and secure case updates in one protected portal. Access is role-based so your information is available only to approved users.
How Your Injury Evaluation Works
Start with a guided intake that asks what happened, where you hurt, and whether any warning signs are present. Eligible cases are organized for licensed physician review and documented in your secure portal.

Safety-First Intake
Answer questions about the accident, your symptoms, medical history, and red flags before routine evaluation continues.
Physician-Reviewed Next Steps
A licensed physician reviews eligible cases and determines whether documentation, prescriptions, referrals, or in-person care are appropriate.
Signed Documentation
Your reported history and physician-reviewed assessment are stored securely for your records and authorized case use.
Start From Your Phone
Begin online or by phone without a traditional appointment or waiting room.
When should you start after an accident?
Start as soon as possible after a non-emergency accident or injury concern, especially if symptoms are new, worsening, or affecting daily activities.

Motor Vehicle Accident
After a Motor Vehicle Accident
After a car, motorcycle, rideshare, or other vehicle accident, symptoms may appear right away or develop later. A safety-first intake helps document what happened, where you hurt, and whether physician review or in-person care is needed.

Slip and Fall Incidents
After a Slip and Fall
Falls can cause neck, back, head, shoulder, knee, or soft-tissue symptoms. Intake asks about the fall, witnesses, pain areas, head injury concerns, and warning signs.

Head, Neck & Spine
Head, Neck, Back, or Joint Symptoms
Symptoms involving the head, neck, back, spine, shoulder, hip, knee, or other joints should be documented clearly. Severe or worsening symptoms may require same-day or emergency care.

Possible Work Injury
If the Injury Happened at Work
If your injury happened while working, tell us during intake. Work-related cases may require additional review before FirstImpact Med can accept, route, or bill the case.
What to Expect
Your intake is reviewed for safety, completeness, and eligibility before physician review. Urgent symptoms are routed away from routine evaluation when needed.

After you complete intake, a licensed physician reviews the submitted information and determines the appropriate next steps.
Your details are documented clearly.
The process organizes your accident history, symptoms, prior care, and safety answers so the physician has a clear record to review.
Safety concerns are routed appropriately.
If your answers suggest urgent or emergency symptoms, the process directs you away from routine intake and toward the appropriate level of care.
This is not emergency care.
If you have severe symptoms, call 911 or go to the ER. FirstImpact Med is for non-emergency injury evaluation, documentation, and physician-reviewed next-step guidance.

Payment and Lien Questions
Answers for patients after an accident
Pricing and payment options are shown before service is completed. Some cases may qualify for lien-based billing, and optional rapid review may be available for an added fee.
No traditional appointment is required to start. You can begin intake from your phone or computer and complete the steps online or by phone.
FirstImpact Med does not currently bill health insurance through the portal intake workflow. The service is structured for accident-related medical evaluation and documentation, with payment options shown in the portal.
Some payment paths may depend on whether you have an authorized representative or claim-related billing option. The portal will show the available options for your case before completion.
A medical lien agreement allows eligible services to move forward without collecting payment upfront. Payment is later tied to recovery from the injury claim, based on the signed lien agreement and applicable case requirements.
FirstImpact Med does not currently offer a separate installment payment plan through the portal. Available payment options are shown during the intake workflow.
