FirstImpact Med helps eligible injured clients start a safety-first intake from home. The workflow supports structured documentation, physician review, signed records, and secure case access when the client authorizes representative access.
Some eligible cases may proceed through a medical lien workflow. The client and authorized representative must complete the required lien and authorization documents before lien-based billing applies.
Billing pathways depend on the client’s case, authorization status, and available payment options. The applicable terms are confirmed before service is completed.
You can start your client intake through the portal or by contacting the FirstImpact Med Care Team. The client still completes intake, safety screening, required authorizations, and physician review steps.
With client authorization, approved representatives may access case-specific documentation such as intake status, physician-reviewed documentation, signed notes, and billing statements. Access does not include unrestricted medical record access.
